Please describe in short your bed and breakfast and its general services and amenities.
B&B Santo Spirito is located 10 minutes walking from the city centre as from the railway station; few steps from the main bus stop to Cortona, Siena, Perugia, Sansepolcro and to the city centre. It is an apartment with a large living room and a kitchen. Two singles, doubles or king bed rooms with satellite television and radio/cd player. In the biggest room, on request, we can add one more bed. A shared bathroom with shower. Breakfast, kitchen use and laundry machine use are included in the prices. On request we organize transfers and tours everywhere in Italy.

Come to Arezzo, in the heart of Tuscany, the town of Piero della Francesca frescoes and the Antique Fair, the oldest and the most important in Italy! A very good base to getting around all over Tuscany; Florence, Cortona, Siena and more. We offer a room for two people for 45 euro one night, 80 € for two nights stay, 110 € for three nights stay, with breakfast and kitchen use! We can organize transfers, tours, wine tastings and more.

Where is your B&B located and how it may be reached?
First go to the reception address, just beside the bed and breakfast: VIA CURTATONE 26 and ring the bell MUSTICCHIO/MARI. You can go there anytime and you will find someone that will take you to the bed and breakfast; my mother or I. How to reach that place from the railways station: when you will be at the station don't go out from the main entrance but from the back side, under the tunnel: USCITA CAMPO DI MARTE. You will be in a small park; go straight untill the street at the end of the park and cross this street staying on your right. You will see a street in front of you with trees in both sides (VIA MASACCIO); takes it and walk straight until the first traffic light that you will find; on the third side street. This is VIA CURTATONE, at this trafic light take on your left and, after 50m you will find the number 26; the door is not on the street but in a courtyard before a tobacconist shop with a blue T like sign. 10 minutes in total on foot. IMPORTANT NOTICE: this is the reception's address; from here an attendant will take you to the bed and breakfast on the opposite street. In any case my phone number is +39-340-1402679
