What is(are) your name(s)?
For how long have you been running a B&B?
Please share something about the history of your present bed and breakfast.
When we first saw this house we knew it was the right place for us to create a wonderful B&B. As it was surrounded by beautiful Lot countryside and in a region rich in sites of historic interest and famous for its vineyards and gastronomy, and all this in one of the least populated areas in France.
What are the unique characteristics of your B&B?
Set in peaceful, tranquil countryside it is the perfect place for guests to relax. The flower gardens attract many beautiful butterflies and many species of birds and wildlife.
Based on your guests' opinions, what feature of your B&B has made their stay special?
The warm welcome we give our guests when they arrive, the excellent breakfast to get their day off to a good start, all the local regional tourist advice we offer to make each day of their visit enjoyable, a swim in the heated pool after a day of site seeing in the Lot and Dordogne. This all helps to make each day of their stay enjoyable.
Please describe in short your bed and breakfast and its general services and amenities.
The rooms are opening onto the courtyard gardens. The courtyard is in flower all year round even in winter when it is full of bright yellow pansies. The house is surrounded by two hectares of grounds. The heated swimming pool is 12 x 6 metres and salt water with outdoor shower, and surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and parasols. To escape from the hot sun there is a garden room overlooking the swimming pool with free ADSL WiFi internet access. Also in the grounds we have recently built a floodlit boulodrome and badminton court where guests can play in the warm evenings. From our research and visits to other B&B's we don't rate the French grading system.
How many rooms are offered at your B&B and what is its maximum capacity?
We have five bedrooms, each sleeping a maximum of two guests, therefore our maximum guest capacity is 10.

Similar to a hotel but a lot more friendly.
Is there something more that you want to share about your property?
We have stayed in many B&B's in the past and from our experience sometimes there were a few things missing. So we do our best to offer our guests a combination of home comforts and luxuries that we would want to find in a B&B ourselves.
