The hosts of Le Logis du Bief Bed & Breakfast have created a peaceful and serene oasis for rest and relaxation, where one may enjoy warm hospitality, the beautiful nature and the middle aged monuments of Loches as well as the charming chateaux of the Loire Valley. This B&B is established in two completely renovated villas along the riverside dating back to the 16th and 18th centuries. They offer a total of three tastefully appointed rooms and one family suite with air conditioner and private bathroom. Modern amenities, original antiques and luxury pieces of furniture go hand in hand to provide every guest with a memorable stay at Le Logis du Bief in Loches.

Please share something about the history of your present bed and breakfast.
We started the B&B activity in September 2006. The 2 houses used to be private properties and they have been fully renovated at the beginning of 2006.
What are the unique characteristics of your B&B?
This B&B is situated in the center of the town just underneath the Logis Royal. At the back of the residence there is a wonderful terrace, which overlooks a river and a magnificent park. Each room has a luxury decoration and houses original furniture from the XVII and XVIII century.
Based on your guests' opinions, what feature of your B&B has made their stay special?
Quality of the furniture, warmness of the welcome, taking care of the guests.
Please describe in short your bed and breakfast and its general services and amenities.
The ground floor has a reception room, a sitting room and dining room, a large terrace overlooking park and river.
The sitting room has a TV set and HI FI plus library. Guests may use wireless internet. This luxury B&B is more convenient to couples without infant children.
How many rooms are offered at your B&B and what is its maximum capacity?
The total capacity is 9 persons: 2 persons per bedroom (3 bedrooms): Agnes Sorel, Charles VII , Sforza; 3 persons in the family suite: Anne de Bretagne. No possibility to have additional beds in the rooms
What kinds of rooms do you offer?

Air conditioning in Sforza, Charles VII. All rooms have a private bathroom and heating, no TV, no tea facilities. Possibility to iron in a special place.
Which room is your personal favorite?
The favorite one is Agnes Sorel, which has its private terrace overlooking the river and the park.

Rate includes breakfast, tax, parking, internet connection...
Do you offer any special packages?
Just one package, which includes treatments in a hydrotherapy center in Loches.
What may guests expect from a typical breakfast at your property?
The unique breakfast includes fruit juice, tea or coffee, soft boiled eggs, yogurt, jams, butter, bred, croissants....
When and where is breakfast served?
The breakfast is served either on the terrace or in the dining room between 8 and 10 AM.
Do you serve other meals?
A glass of white wine is offered before diner. They are prepared for a minimum of 4 guests and must be ordered 2 days before.

No smoking in the residence.

Public car park at 50 meters from Le Logis plus private car park.

Arrival from 3 PM and departure not after midday.

We require a deposit of 30% for booking. It is not reimbursed, if cancellation occurs less than one week before the arrival date.

No alcohol, no smoking and no noise.
