Please describe the in-room facilities for each type of room in your B&B.
The rooms have all comforts to make you feel at home and are decorated to pay attention to every detail. Each room has its own bathroom, TV and air conditioning. A private mini fridge can be at your disposal, except availability. One suite has in addition a private bathtub with antique paintings on the ceiling. (On request, rooms with single and/or additional beds are available.)

What may guests expect from a typical breakfast at your property?
Hot drinks (coffee, milk, chocolate, tea), Cold drinks (juices), Croissant, Buiscuits, Rusks, Jam, Butter, Yogurt, Fresh fruit.
When and where is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served from 8am until 10.30am, included, with room service.
Are dietary needs accommodated?
On request, with possible additional payment.

What is your smoking policy?
1&1 Liberty Rome B&B do not have any smoking areas.
What safety precautions are provided at your B&B?
Local Authority License.
What is your check-in/check-out policy?
Check in: on request. Check out: 11am (If no other check in is planed, you will have the opportunity to stay longer during the day of departure).
Are there a minimum number of nights for staying at your B&B?
No.
How can guests check availability and make a reservation?
Via phone, email or online. In order to be able to confirm the reservation, guest are kindly requested to pay a confirmatory deposit of 30% of total amount (at least one night) in advance. The remainder of the bill can be paid cash directly at the B&B.
What is you cancellation policy?
Reservations can be cancelled within 14 days before arrival without penalties. In case of no-show or late cancellations, the confirmatory deposit will not be reimbursed.
What types of payment do you accept?
We are waiting credit card payment system to be activated. In the meantime no credit cards may be accepted.

Sistine Chapel and Vatican's Museums: few meters away by foot. St. Angelo Castle: 10 min by foot. St. Peter's Piazza and Vatican's Museums: few meters away by foot. Piazza del Popolo: 15 min' by foot or Underground "A" stop "Flaminio" (5 min'). Spanish Steps: 25 min' by foot or Underground "A" stop "Spagna" (7 min'). Trevi Fountains: 35 min' by foot or Underground "A" stop "Barberini" (10 min'). Colosseum and Fori Imperiali: Underground "A" stop "Termini" and "B" stop "Colosseo" (ca. 15 min'). Piazza Navona and Pantheon: from St. Angelo Castle ca. 15 min' by foot. Underground "A" stop "Ottaviano": few meters away by foot. Main Train station "Termini": underground "A" stop "Termini" (ca. 10 min'). Leonardo Da Vinci (Fiumicino) Airport: ca. 50 min' (by car or taking the underground "A" stop "Termini" and from there taking train to Fiumicino-Airport).
Where is your B&B located and how it may be reached?
B&B 1&1 Liberty Rome can be easily reached from the main Train station "RomaTermini" by using the underground "A" direction "Battistini" and getting off at the stop "Ottaviano-S. Pietro". When in "Via Ottaviano", walk direction "Piazza Risorgimento", turn 2nd street left and walk in "Via Germanico" until reaching number 109. From Leonardo Da Vinci (Fiumicino) Airport you can reach the B&B with the help of a taxi or by using the direct metropolitan service Fiumicino-Termini, available immediately outside the airport. From Ciampino Airport you may take the bus for "Anagnina" Underground station and get off at "Ottaviano-S. Pietro" station. When in "Via Ottaviano", walk direction "Piazza Risorgimento", turn 2nd street left and walk in "Via Germanico" until reaching number 109.
What would you say to people who have never stayed in a bed and breakfast?
Staying at a B&B, should feel like being at home. Innkeepers may take care of every detail and be at your disposal to answer any need. All this in order to make your stay as comfortable, relaxing and special as possible. Try it and you will love it.
