Bed & Breakfast Residenza le Rose is an Art Villa, a popular destination for visitors traveling in search of a peaceful and meditative stay and guests who, for reasons of work or other, need to stay for longer periods in a fine and alli'insegna privacy in a quiet villa with the comforts of a home and the services of a hotel.
How many rooms are offered at your B&B and what is its maximum capacity?
The villa is on three levels: the ground floor, first floor and attic. There are special halls to accommodate the activities, 3 B&B rooms in and 3 studios. All quiet and peaceful, almost all have beautiful views of the garden.
What kinds of rooms do you offer?
Standard Studio: A delightful studio apartment on the second floor with a kitchen and bathroom. Furnished with taste and trendy, has 4 windows overlooking the beautiful green. Standard Studio with terrace: A studio with kitchenette and bathroom on the top floor with private panoramic terrace in the green. Deluxe Studio: Two-levels composed of a double bedroom with bathroom on the first level. Living room with Sofa-bed, kitchenette and guest bathroom on the second level with private panoramic terrace in the green. Deluxe apartment: On the ground floor with independent entrance, is 50 square meters. composed of two rooms: living, kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and bathroom.

Breakfast is included in the price. The basic breakfast includes coffee, tea, milch, fruit juice, toast, biscuits, yogurt, marmalade, honey.

Breakfast is served in the room from 8.00 to 10.00 AM.
Do you serve other meals?
We have an agreement with a restaurant that situated 150 meters from our b&b and our guests may have meals there at discounted rates.
Are there cooking facilities, which guests may use?
Our b&b has some rooms with private kitchenette or kitchen.
Is your bed and breakfast suitable for children?
We don't have an age limit for the children and our rooms may accommodate them comfortably.
Do you accept pets?
We accept small pets.
What is your smoking policy?
Generally we have non-smoking rooms, but 2 rooms may be for smokers. Anyway, our guests may smoke outside in the garden.
Is there a parking facility on premises or nearby?
A parking facility is nearby, 50 meters from our B&B in Napoli.
Is your B&B suitable for disabled guests?
We have an apartment on the ground floor with independent entrance, is 50 square meters. composed of two rooms: living, kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and bathroom.

What is you cancellation policy?
To confirm the reservation we need a deposit of 30% of the stay. At arrival should be paid the remaining 70%. Up to 30 days of arrival no penalty. Between 29 days before arrival and 16 days of arrival - penalty of 50%. Between the 15th day and the 7th before arrival - penalty of 75%. From the 6th day and the first day of arrival - penalty of 100%. No Shows - No refund of the prepaid 30%. No refund if you cancel during your stay.

The name of the Posillipo hill, derived from the greek 'Pausylipon', meaning 'the place that makes an end to the worries, "describing in this way, the charm and beauty of the site so called. Posillipo hills is one of the most famous in Naples. In addition to offering spectacular views, is a veritable open air museum. Indeed, a short walk away from the residence, you can visit the archaeological park Pausylipon-Seiano Cave. The route is extremely fascinating and suggestive, it starts from the drop-down located at Coroglio, where there is the monumental Seiano Cave: An artificial tunnel crossing with a tunnel of 770 meters around the hill of Posillipo joining tufacea l'area of Bagnoli and Campi Flegrei to the valley of Gaiola. In a field overlooking the Gaiola are scattered remains of the Roman Villa Pausillypon. To the west of Gaiola opens in amenissima the coast of Cala Trentaremi magnificent natural amphitheater with sbancamento and deep erosion in the walls of yellow tuff. Having passed the cave you can reach through a path lined by the typical Mediterranean vegetation, in the villa Publio Vedio Pollione, rich Roman knight tied to Octavian Augustus, wanted to call just Posillipo. Area you can visit and admire extraordinary archaeological remains of a theater with a beautiful structure and the remains dell'Odeion, the ancient theater is intended to cover hearings rhetoric of poetry or music. On the summit of Cape Posillipo is well advised to visit the beautiful park Virgiliano, which stands on a system of terraces. Descending via Posillipo along a scenic road that leads to the famous promenade of Via Caracciolo, where to walk and "enjoy" the most famous image in the world with the volcano Vesuvius in the background!

Residenza Rose is a bed and breakfast in Naples located on the beautiful and enchanting hill of Posillipo, well-known and praised. A stone's throw from the island of Nisida from Marechiaro and archaeological parks nearby. A few minutes by car from Pozzuoli with the scenic road along the sea and can enjoy beautiful views of the Gulf of Pozzuoli. The b&b permits to reach the historic center of Naples (National Archaeological Museum, the Decumani, Palazzo Reale, Piazza Plebiscito etc.), even leaving the car and using public transport that are 50 meters from our b&b. How to arrive by CAR: Exit ring-road Agnano, (A56 n°11) go on to Bagnoli ; in Square Bagnoli, go on the left to street Coroglio and go up on Discesa Gaiola. At the top af the rise, three hundred meters go up on the first tiny street on the right, street number 73. AIRPLAIN: Ticket UnicoAlibus (€ 3), get off in Piazza Garibaldi. To the Central Station take Metropolitana (tube) line 2. Get off to Mergellina station, then take the bus 140 or C21 and get off to the penultimate stop: Istituto Denza. TRAIN: from the Central Station or Mergellina Station follow the information like the ones of "airplain". SHIP: Beverello or Molosiglio. Bus R3 up to the stop of Via Mergellina, then change with the bus 140 or C21 and get off to the penultimate stop: Istituto Denza. Port of Mergellina. Arrive by foot to the stop of Via Mergellina five minuts, then change with the bus 140 or C21 and get off to the penultimate stop: Istituto Denza. Port of Pozzuoli: Reach the station of Cumana (about 300 meters on foot), direction Naples, Montesanto, get off to Bagnoli stop. Reach by feet (300 mts) the bus stop C1 to arrive in Capo Posillipo. Go up on Discesa Gaiola. At the top af the rise, three hundred meters go up on the first tiny street on the right, street number 73.
