My flat is in an ancient cottage near a small castle which in the past controlled the surrounding camps.

Based on your guests' opinions, what feature of your B&B has made their stay special?
It's near the national road. It's very easy to tour the whole Aosta Valley because of the central position of the structure.

In my B&B there is a dining room for breakfast and a small library.

My b&b has 1 room with bathroom that can accommodate two adults and a baby.

My bed and breakfast has only one room with ancient style decoration and modern facilities.

The room is provided with tea and coffee making facilities, internet connection, a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer.

What may guests expect from a typical breakfast at your property?
A typical breakfast includes: tea, strong or weak coffee, milk warm or cold, cappuccino, yoghurt, soft or hard boiled eggs, jams and marmalade, cakes and butter.
When and where is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served in the dining room from 7.30 to 9.00 AM.
Are dietary needs accommodated?
People with dietary requirements have to inform me prior to arrival.
Do you serve other meals?
No, I only serve breakfast.

Where is your B&B located and how it may be reached?
How to arrive to our home: leave the motorway to "Aosta Ovest", going on to "Courmayeur", at first traffic light go on the left towards Coumayeur, at km. 111, after the filling station AGIP, you stop, on your right you can see an old gate, enter there, to 50 mt. on he left there is a little road, a square and a white house.
What would you say to people who have never stayed in a bed and breakfast?
Guests have private facilities, they don't have to have breakfast with other guests.
