Please share something about the history of your present bed and breakfast.
I personally started B&B Savoia in the apartment where I used to live for years. B&B Savoia is located in an exclusive residential area built in the beginning of the 18th century. The nearby Villa Albani has been the Italian Kins residence for years. Old people who grew up in the area still remember when kings and princesses used to walk around in the area.
What are the unique characteristics of your B&B?
Original furniture and pavement tiles.
Based on your guests' opinions, what feature of your B&B has made their stay special?
According to what my guests say, they like the best the personal service and cordial hospitality.
Please describe in short your bed and breakfast and its general services and amenities.
The area where my B&B is located is not a typical area for tourists in Rome. Lots of Italians live and work here. B&B Savoia has 3 rooms, each of which is equipped with a private bathroom, Wi-Fi access, shared kitchen for own meals.
How many rooms are offered at your B&B and what is its maximum capacity?
B&B Savoia has 3 rooms, 3 bathrooms and may accommodate up to 7 people.
What kinds of rooms do you offer?
Our rooms are large double rooms. The largest of them is called Venezia and it may comfortable sleep up to three guests on three single beds.

The apartment does not need air conditioning so we don't have one. There is a personal heating controller in every room, Wi-Fi internet connection, shared PC for our guests. Every feature has been certified by professional installers, which means security.
Which room is your personal favorite?
I love best room Ciliegio because it is particularly calm and silent.
What do the room rates include?
The room rates include breakfast, internet, tax. We don't provide car park or insurance.

No.
When and where is breakfast served?
In the shared kitchen guests can have self-catered breakfast. We provide: milk, juices, yogurt, bread, cereal, biscuits, coffee, tea, tisane, etc. Also, shared kitchen is available for guests willing to cook their own meals.

Sure, we provide fully equipped shared kitchen.
