Seven years
What are the unique characteristics of your B&B?
We have two four poser king-size double en-suite rooms. Also one king-size double room and one twin room both en-suite.
Based on your guests' opinions, what feature of your B&B has made their stay special?
Breakfast makes a big impression. The spaciousness of the rooms, the antique furniture, the location, our boxer dog Ruby.
Please describe in short your bed and breakfast and its general services and amenities.
We have a private car park for guests to use, Wi-Fi internet, TV and DVD players in all rooms, an extensive DVD library.
How many rooms are offered at your B&B and what is its maximum capacity?
We offer four rooms and the maximum is eight people.
What kinds of rooms do you offer?
We have four rooms all of which are en-suite. Two are king-size four poster rooms. One king-size double. One twin with two single beds.
Please describe the in-room facilities for each type of room in your B&B.
The facilities include TV, DVD, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryers, radio alarms, en-suite bathroom with showers, full central heating with thermostatic controls.

The four poster Bluebell room.
What do the room rates include?
It includes everything including a full Scottish breakfast.
What may guests expect from a typical breakfast at your property?
Tea or coffee, a choice of breakfast cereals, orange juice, fresh fruit, cooked breakfast bacon eggs any way you like them black pudding potato scone sausage tomatoes mushrooms.
When and where is breakfast served?
In the breakfast room between 7.45 and 8.45 am, early breakfast continental style when ever you wish.
Are dietary needs accommodated?
Yes as long as we know in advance.
