Please share something about the history of your present bed and breakfast.
We used to lodge people from Hospitality Club since 2007. In 2009 my father Bernardo went to Italy and stayed in different B&B in Europe. After that experience he decided to open his own B&B. We decided to rebuild an old room in the back of the house and turn it into a big room with bathroom and kitchen. That's how BossHouse Bed & Breakfast was born.
What are the unique characteristics of your B&B?
The great difference of BossHouse B&B is our big bedroom, with a complete kitchen and a private bathroom. Another difference from others in the area is that here you have total privacy, you can go out and in anytime you want and you don’t have to share the space with nobody else. We offer a cable TV with all channels, inclusive movie channels and free internet access.
Based on your guests' opinions, what feature of your B&B has made their stay special?
Good company and hospitality, quality of the accommodation, good location.
Please describe in short your bed and breakfast and its general services and amenities.
The room is very private, separated from the main house. The visitant can get in or out at any time. The room have a private bathroom and also a small kitchen with cooktop and refrigerator. We offer a cable TV with all channels, inclusive movie channels. At the morning a delicious brazilian breakfast will be served. We have an extra room with double bed. The bathroom and the kitchen can be shared between this two rooms in case of two couples or a couple with children.
How many rooms are offered at your B&B and what is its maximum capacity?
Two rooms with double bed. One bathroom and kitchen. Maximum capacity is 4 people.
What kinds of rooms do you offer?
The main bedroom: double bed, closet, cable TV, kitchen with cooktop, refrigerator, desktop. Extra room: double bed and a table.

The main bedroom: bathroom, kitchen, no air conditioning, two windows with blackout curtains, tv, small balcony, two stools. Extra bedroom: double bed, window with blackout curtains, table and a seat.

The main bedroom.
What do the room rates include?
Brazilian Breakfast, Private bathroom, Kitchen with refrigerator and cooktop, Towels, Cable TV, Wi-Fi Internet, Laundry facilities. The rates vary from 160 to 180 BRL.
Do you offer any special packages?
We offer discount for stays longer than 7 days.
What may guests expect from a typical breakfast at your property?
The Brazilian breakfast includes bread, butter, ham, cheese, cream cheese, marmalade coffee, milk, juice and a fruit.
When and where is breakfast served?
The breakfast is delivered at the guest room. The guest can choose the time between 8 and 10 o’clock.
Are dietary needs accommodated?
We can manage.
Do you serve other meals?
We offer coffee and snacks all day long.
Are there cooking facilities, which guests may use?
The main room has a kitchen with cooktop, refrigerator and kitchen utensils. We offer sugar, coffee, tea, salt and olive oil.
Is your bed and breakfast suitable for children?
Yes, we are. There is a double bed on the extra room or two sofa-bed.
Do you accept pets?
Yes, we accept, but we have two dogs here. Maybe they need to be separated.
What is your smoking policy?
Smoking inside the room is not allowed, but you can do it outside.
Is there a parking facility on premises or nearby?
Yes, there is a garage.
Is your B&B suitable for disabled guests?
No.
What is your check-in/check-out policy?
Check-in starts at 13:00h and check out is by 12:00 h. If there is nobody at the room is possible to get in any time of the day.
Are there a minimum number of nights for staying at your B&B?
No, there aren’t.

What is you cancellation policy?
Not yet.
What types of payment do you accept?
Only cash.

Where is your B&B located and how it may be reached?
From Tietê or barra Funda Bus Terminals: These two Bus Terminals - (Terminais Rodoviários) receive most of the interstate bus traffic. Both have Subway Station wich you should take to Clinicas Station. Arriving at Clinicas Station, you can walk until the Boss House B&B or take a taxi, will be about R$10,00. From Congonhas Airport: Bus and Subway: Take the bus “675D-10 Metro Vila Mariana”. Get off at Vila Mariana Subway Station an follow by subway to Clinicas Station (green line). You have to change trains at Ana Rosa Station (from the blue to the green line). Arriving at Clinicas Station, you can walk until the Boss House B&B (about five blocks) or take a taxi, will be about R$10,00. Taxi: this is the most expensive way to go to the Boss House B&B, no less than R$50,00. It’s about 30 minute driving but it’s the fastest way to get there. From Guarulhos Airport: Taxi: this is the most expensive way to go to the Boss House B&B, not less than R$100,00. It’s about 50 minutes driving but it’s the fastest way to get there. Airport Bus Service: Executive Bus: Take the “Airport Bus Service” to “Circuito dos Hotéis Paulista/Augusta”. This bus costs R$31,00. Ask to the driver to arrive “Ibis Hotel” at Paulistas Avenue. Then you can walk until the Boss House B&B.
What would you say to people who have never stayed in a bed and breakfast?
Don’t worry. It’s like to be in a hotel but with a nice reception and people to talk if desired.
