Please share something about the history of your present bed and breakfast.
This bed and breakfast is brand new. I've been running another property since 2008. I've been working on this one for two years looking for the best solutions for each room. I've been changing colours several times! I've decided the colour of the bedroom in the last days while I was in Procida (a very little island close to Capri) on my sailing boat (and in fact the colour is navy blue!).
What are the unique characteristics of your B&B?
Each room has been built looking for "home feeling". I've been living in it for one week and thinking as a customer not as a owner. Do i like it? Is everything secure and easy to find and to use? Is it comfortable? Is it warm?
Believe me, yes it is. I've been loving it and I'm sure, you'll feel the same.
Based on your guests' opinions, what feature of your B&B has made their stay special?
The location, the building, the sight. Comfortable and calm. Easy to find and easy to live. Charming. Home feeling.
How many rooms are offered at your B&B and what is its maximum capacity?
There is one big bedroom with a king size bed, a big dining room, another room with, eventually, another bed for other 2 persons, two bathrooms with Jacuzzi.

Which room is your personal favorite?
The bedroom. For the colour, for the peaceful sensation.

Breakfast, internet Wi-Fi.
What may guests expect from a typical breakfast at your property?
I'm in charge for choosing each day the kind of breakfast. It depends on the period of the year. I'll be the one to look around for the most fresh and good breakfast of Milan!
When and where is breakfast served?
Flexible hours, in the dining room or at the summer terrace with a beautiful Milan sight.
Do you serve other meals?
I'll be there to serve my guests for all their wishes.
Are there cooking facilities, which guests may use?
There is a kitchenette and a big fridge.
Is your bed and breakfast suitable for children?
Yes it is. It's very safe.
Do you accept pets?
Very small dogs.
What is your smoking policy?
No smoking at all. It's a state law.
Is there a parking facility on premises or nearby?
Yes there is a parking facility at about 100mt.
Is your B&B suitable for disabled guests?
There is an elevator.
What safety precautions are provided at your B&B?
There is a smoke alarm and burglar alarm.
What is your check-in/check-out policy?
It depends on the next guest's arrival time. I'll be there to listen to you.
Are there a minimum number of nights for staying at your B&B?
No.
How can guests check availability and make a reservation?
Just an email. I'll be there to answer as soon as possible.
What types of payment do you accept?
Wire transfers, cash.
Is there a special etiquette that guests should know about and comply with?
I'm sure that my guests will be always with the appropriate dress code for the location and will have a perfect code of conduct for a building of the 1900 in the heart of Milan.
