Since May 2010 but Always Inn B&B has been around since 2002.
Please share something about the history of your present bed and breakfast.
This house was built in 1878. In 2002 it was converted into Always Inn B&B. We took ownership of Always Inn B&B in May 2010 and live on the premise.
What are the unique characteristics of your B&B?
We are located just four houses away from the river gorge on a quite street called Simcoe. Only 1.8 km away from the Niagara Falls. Licensed by the City of Niagara Falls and inspected and approved by FOBBA, The Federation of B&B in Ontario Canada. Our home was restored with the original three way fire place, stain glass windows and base boards and hard wood floors keeping it's history in mind.
Based on your guests' opinions, what feature of your B&B has made their stay special?
Enjoy the quite environment. Sitting on our front porch drinking a welcoming tea or coffee, listening to the birds and enjoying the view of our beautiful front garden. Enjoying our full hot breakfast. Admiring our beautifully restored home. Grateful for the being informed of what there is to see and do in Niagara Falls. Grateful for been made felt that Always Inn B&B is their home away from home in Niagara.

Our rooms are beautifully decorated and include LCD Cable TV, DVD/CD player, Clock radio, free high speed wireless internet, fire places, ceiling fan, central air conditioning, trane air purifer, bath robes and slippers, and hair dryer. Our front porch listening to the birds and enjoying the view of our beautiful front garden. Our Parlor with beautiful restored original three way fire place, stain glassed windows, original hard wood floors and base boards plus original antic organ. Licensed by the City of Niagara Falls and inspected and approved by FOBBA, The Federation of B&B in Ontario Canada. Pet free environment. Accept children.
What kinds of rooms do you offer?
We have three rooms. The Huntington room has a queen size bed which can accommodate two persons. It has a private bathroom across the hall. The Lillianna Room has a queen size bed and a sofa bed which can accommodate three persons. It has an en-suite walk-in shower. The Lighthouse Suite has a queen size bed which can accommodate two persons. It has an en-suite jacuzzi. We accept children and provide cots and fold way beds upon request.

Our prices include a full hot breakfast, free parking and free high speed wireless internet. Taxes are not applicable.

Discount offered for online bookings made through our website for two or more nights stay.
What may guests expect from a typical breakfast at your property?
Home made pancakes, muffins and breads. Fried, scrambled, french toast or pouched eggs with bacon or sausages. Fruit salad, fresh fruits and berries, cereals, milk, fresh cream, whipped cream full and low fat, orange juice, butter, jams, honey, white and brown sugars, sweeteners, sugar free syrup, syrup and a welcoming Swiss chocolate.
When and where is breakfast served?
Upon guests preference between 8 and 9 am usually. Serving in our dining room.
Are dietary needs accommodated?
We cater for all needs upon our guest requests. At no additional charges.
Do you serve other meals?
No.
Are there cooking facilities, which guests may use?
Yes our guest are welcome to use our kitchen facilities as well as barbeque.
Is your bed and breakfast suitable for children?
Yes we accept children of all ages.

No we do not we are a pet free environment.

We provide slippers upon arrive. Guest expected to take their shoes off while indoors.

The Niagara Falls, The top four Niagara Parks advention Passes which we sell at a discount to our guests. They are, the Maid of the mist a boat ride to the houseshoe falls and back, Journey behind the falls a man made tunnel elevator then tunnel out onto a platform at the bottom of the horseshoe falls, Niagara Fury a 4D movie on the creation of the falls, they make it rain, snow the theater shifts. The white water walk an elevator 80 meters to the bottom of the Niagara River gorge onto a man made 600 meter platform to see the grade six rapids and enjoy the greener of the gorge on both sides. The bird Kingdom, butterfly conservatory, botanical gardens, cable car across the gorge to admire the whirlpool below. the Skylon tower, sky wheel, Niagara and Fallsview casinos, Wine tours, nature and cycling trails plus many more things to do.
Where is your B&B located and how it may be reached?
From Eastern States: Take 90 to 290 to 190 (follow signs to Buffalo and Niagara Falls US). After crossing second bridge on Grand Island take Robert Moses Parkway (sharp right hand ramp exit just before bottom of bridge) which goes along the river. Take the American Falls exit which brings you to Niagara Street and you can only turn right. Go up to the second set of lights and make a Left turn which will bring you to Rainbow Bridge. After customs make an immediate right (John Street) no sign. Go to end and make a left on to River Road go ±11/2 miles to Simcoe Street. Make a Left #4327 4th house on the right. From Buffalo Airport: Take 33 to 90 then follow directions above. From Western State: Take 90 to 190 then follow directions above. From Downtown Toronto: Take Gardiner Expressway West to QEW towards Niagara Falls. After crossing the St. Catharines Garden City Skyway Bridge take 405 (left lane of Highway) to Niagara Parkway. Make Right turn follow Parkway go under rail road bridge ±1 Km to Simcoe Street. Make a Right #4327 Fourth house on the right.
