Beaver Guest Ranch is a delightful bed and breakfast in Lone Butte, located between the Deka Lake and Sulphurous Lake. Here guests may enjoy warm hospitality and grandness of nature at their best. The area around the lakes is an enchanting holiday destination in all seasons, equally ideal for relaxing getaways and adventures. Beaver Guest Ranch specializes in horseback riding and hiking tours, fishing, rafting and boating trips. It is also ideal for wedding receptions and is often preferred for honeymoons. This cosy B&B occupies a charming log home with four guest rooms, three bathrooms, a fully self-contained suite, adjoining living room and dining room. Sauna, Wi-Fi internet and telephone are also available.

Based on your guests' opinions, what feature of your B&B has made their stay special?
Our guests by and large have appreciated the lovely atmosphere at our ranch, the individual care we provide and the relaxing environment we offer in our relatively small BnB. In addition, the great range of services and activities allows our customers to get spoiled and entertained.
Please describe in short your bed and breakfast and its general services and amenities.
We have 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and one Suite. The BnB includes a sauna, a spacious living room with TV, DVD and many movies. We have a cozy dining room with fireplace and our suite includes a private balcony. there is a BBQ outside, a brand new kitchen inside, and plenty of free parking. our rates include accommodation and breakfast and wireless internet. but we offer many other services for charge, including horseback riding, canoeing, fishing boat rental, mountain biking etc. the guest ranch is home to 10 horses, 4 lovely dogs and a number of cute cats that like to get spoiled by our customers.

We have 5 rooms, and the total capacity is 10 people.
What kinds of rooms do you offer?
We have three rooms with queen size beds, one room suitable for children and our suite with king-size mattress, separate washroom, kitchen, living room and balcony. All rooms are equipped with TVs and DVD players.

TV, DVD player, private bathroom, heating, coffee and tea facilities and ironing facilities are available in the common area.
Which room is your personal favorite?
the suite is our favourite. it offers the best views, provides the most privacy and luxury.
What do the room rates include?
Accommodation, breakfast, internet, parking, taxes.
Do you offer any special packages?
Yes we do ! please visit our website for more information. Our most common packages are either a European Meal Package that includes breakfast and lunch as well as ALL activities and amenities that we offer at the ranch or the Wedding Package, which is a fully organized wedding package for couples that like to get married in beautiful British Columbia.
What may guests expect from a typical breakfast at your property?
Our guests LOVE our breakfast. Coming from Europe, we maintain high European standards.
When and where is breakfast served?
In the dining room. Breakfast is usually at 8, but we can accommodate special needs.
Are dietary needs accommodated?
We would need to get notified in advance about any allergies or vegetarian preferences. There are no extra costs.
Do you serve other meals?
For customers that book a package with us, lunch is included.
Are there cooking facilities, which guests may use?
Yes. We just built a new kitchen.
Is your bed and breakfast suitable for children?
By all means. Children love the horses, dogs and cats more than anyone else.
Do you accept pets?
Preferably not.
What is your smoking policy?
Our building is non-smoking. Smokers are permitted to smoke outside of course.
Is there a parking facility on premises or nearby?
There is plenty of parking.
Is your B&B suitable for disabled guests?
Yes. We are wheelchair accessible.
What safety precautions are provided at your B&B?
We have smoke and fire alarms. Fire extinguishers can easily reached. Each guest room can be locked with keys. The main house is locked at night.
What is your check-in/check-out policy?
Check in is at 2 pm, check out is at 11 am.
Are there a minimum number of nights for staying at your B&B?
We require a 3 night minimum stay.

What is you cancellation policy?
We charge the following for cancellations: 30 days or more prior to arrival: 30 %; 29 to 22 days: 40 %; 21 to 14 days: 50 %; 13 to 7 days: 60 %; 6 days or less: 90 %.

We accept cash, cheques and payments through PayPal.
Is there a special etiquette that guests should know about and comply with?
Not at all. Guest are invited to feel like at home and relax.

People that visit our ranch come to experience beautiful British Columbia and Canada in general. That means primarily outdoor adventures and range from hiking, mountain biking, fishing, canoeing, boating, tubing, horseback riding, visiting national parks with amazing waterfalls, a close by heritage museum that dates from the days of the Gold Rush, or a Buffalo Ranch, or simply relaxing, doing nothing, enjoying a great book in our hammock or socializing with other guests at our nightly romantic bonfires.
Where is your B&B located and how it may be reached?
We are located 30 min outside of 100/One Hundred Mile House. We can accessed coming from 100 Mile House through the Horse Lake Road or coming from Kamloops on Highway 5.
What would you say to people who have never stayed in a bed and breakfast?
There is always a first time. Try it out ! There is so much more than just accommodation and breakfast. If you stay in a B&B, you are guaranteed to meet great and real people.
