Spend your holidays in a mansion with the elegance and grandeur of the eighteenth century. The house is located in a quiet, beautiful location, 300 meters from the center of the typical French village of Fours and has been renovated without compromising the original character. In the house still something of the atmosphere of yesteryear lingers: the original, striking oak staircase, old terracotta tiles interspersed with beautiful laid wooden floors and romantic fireplaces. The guest rooms are on the first floor and are accessible via a wide staircase with easily accessible steps. The rooms are like the rest of the house as much as possible restored to its former glory and authentically furnished. The dining room and the lounge are also on the ground floor. Breakfast and dinner are served in the dining room. In the lounge you find a billiard and a table football. There are games for all ages and there is also an area with detailed tourist information and a small library.

The rooms are all nicely decorated and all have their own en-suite bathroom with shower or bath and separate toilet. In the rooms you will find a flat-screen TV set and wireless internet is available in the house and garden.
What do the room rates include?
The room rate includes a delicious breakfast, parking, wireless internet, tourist tax and bed- and bath linen.
Do you offer any special packages?
If you would require a package for a special occasion, please let us know and we will prepare one for you.
What may guests expect from a typical breakfast at your property?
A booking for the night includes a lovely breakfast with delicious croissants from our local bakery shop. Together with the French bread several different home made confitures are served. The breakfast also includes a farm fresh egg, yoghurt, fruit or cakes and coffee, tea, milk or chocolate.
When and where is breakfast served?
The breakfast is served in the common dining room. You can enjoy the breakfast between 07.30 and 09.30 hrs.
Are dietary needs accommodated?
We cater for guests that have special dietary requests, such as (but not limited to) vegetarians, no nuts, no cheese or gluten-free. Please mention dietary needs at the reservation.
Do you serve other meals?
We have a choice between lunch, snack or lunch package. The lunch consists of a light 3-course meal, the snack entails pancakes or a roasted sandwich and the package is meant for guests that are going to hike or bike. Orders can be placed until 20 hrs the day before. Further we serve every evening except Sundays a daily changing 3-course dinner using products from our own vegetable garden when available. On Friday evenings we arrange a BBQ at the swimming pool (when weather permits).
Do you accept pets?
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept pets.
What is your smoking policy?
Our property is entirely non-smoking.
Is there a parking facility on premises or nearby?
There is ample parking space on site.
What safety precautions are provided at your B&B?
All rooms have smoke and fire alarms.
What is your check-in/check-out policy?
The standard check in time is 17.00 hrs. If you wish to arrive earlier let us know at least one day in advance. An early check-in fee is charged including a snack and a drink of choice.
Are there a minimum number of nights for staying at your B&B?
We do not have a minimum number of nights.
How can guests check availability and make a reservation?
We have our own website www.latourfours.fr on which a reservation form can be filled out to make a reservation with us. Further we are connected to a number of organisations such as Bed & Breakfast World via whom you can also make a reservation with us or arrange a booking online. What is you cancellation policy?
At booking we require a deposit of 50% of the total rent including mandatory costs (see above) and eventual optional costs for bed and / or bath linen and table d'hote. Upon receipt of the deposit, which must be credited to our account within 1 week after the date of booking, your reservation will be confirmed. e would like to receive the remaining amount within 4 weeks prior to your stay.
We have a no refund policy and recommend that you take out a good cancellation insurance.

You can settle your bill in cash and via credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Carte Blue).

Where is your B&B located and how it may be reached?
What would you say to people who have never stayed in a bed and breakfast?
If you want to have a personal touch to your holiday, a stay at a B&B is the right thing to do. You will meet the owners of the B&B and meet the other guests at breakfast, dinner or at the pool. A stay at a B&B is more relaxed than in a hotel as the accommodation is small-scale and personal. B&Bs provide an atmosphere of warmth and cosiness that traditional hotels simply can't match. B&B owners usually live on the premises and bring a different perspective to the accommodation than someone who works a shift behind a hotel reception desk and then goes home and forgets about the customers left behind. At B&Bs customers are truly guests, and it shows. B&B owners will gladly help you find the best restaurant around, point you to the most romantic spot in the nearby park, and much more.
