Both are set on the ground floor and have terraces that lead out to the summer garden. Guests have access to the BBQ in the garden and the outdoor swimming pool as well as the cosy lounge and sunny conservatory, where breakfast is served daily.

For how long have you been running a B&B?
We have only recently opened our B&B.
What are the unique characteristics of your B&B?
Our Bed and Breakfast is situated in the rural countryside which makes it an excellent place to stay for hikers and wildlife lovers and also cyclists.
Please describe in short your bed and breakfast and its general services and amenities.
Bed and Breakfast in the countryside of central Algarve with stunning views and tranquility. Situated just outside the town of Messines, which has its own market day and shops for everyday needs. The rooms are both en-suite and have TV and tea and coffee facilities. Each room has its own terrace which leads out to the garden and surrounding views. Sun lounge which acts as a breakfast room which you can use when ever you like and offers 360 degree views. Use of swimming pool area and BBQ which overlook our two lakes on the property and the countryside. We provide a comfortable and warm welcome for our guests, where they can just relax or if they prefer they can go hiking through the hills.
How many rooms are offered at your B&B and what is its maximum capacity?
We have two rooms available. Each room sleeps two people, but we are able to accommodate for children.
What kinds of rooms do you offer?
We offer a standard double bedroom with en-suite. Also we have a Deluxe double bedroom with en-suite and also a bath.
Please describe the in-room facilities for each type of room in your B&B.
Each room has a TV in it. All rooms have tea and coffee facilities. The standard double bedroom has en-suite (shower and toilet). The Deluxe double bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite( shower and bath).
What do the room rates include?
The rental price includes continental Breakfast.
What may guests expect from a typical breakfast at your property?
We offer a continental breakfast, which includes tea/coffee, fruit juice, yoghurt, cheese, preserves, cereals and bread/rolls. We can also cater for vegetarians.
When and where is breakfast served?
We offer a continental breakfast from 8:30am til 10am. Breakfast is served in the sun-lounge/ breakfast room.
Are dietary needs accommodated?
We can cater for vegetarians if required, but please let us know your needs in advance.
Do you serve other meals?
We don’t cater for lunch or dinner.
Are there cooking facilities, which guests may use?
There is a fridge in the sun-lounge which guests may use and tea and coffee facilities in the rooms.
Is your bed and breakfast suitable for children?
We welcome people of all ages.
Do you accept pets?
Sorry, but we don’t allow pets.
What is your smoking policy?
Smoking is only allowed outside the building.
Is there a parking facility on premises or nearby?
We have a large car park to accommodate for several cars.
Is your B&B suitable for disabled guests?
All rooms are on floor level, but the bathrooms are not equipped for disabled people.
What is your check-in/check-out policy?
Check-In starts at 3pm. Check-out is at 12pm.
Are there a minimum number of nights for staying at your B&B?
We have a minimum stay of 2 nights.

If you do need to cancel please let us now as soon as possible. Cancellation fee is lose of deposit.

We prefer payment through paypal (please contact me for further info). We also accept personal checks, but confirmation of booking is only accepted once check clears.
Is there a special etiquette that guests should know about and comply with?
Be yourself. There are no dress codes, we just want you to enjoy your stay with us and feel at home.

Historic sightseeing: Silves Castle, Old Albufeira town, etc. Hiking/ Walking: All around the area, Caldas da Monchique. Atraction parks: ZooMarine, Splish/Splash, Water world......
Where is your B&B located and how it may be reached?
Our Bed and Breakfast 35min away from Faro airport. Follow the old lisbon road heading towards Ourique and Sao Marcos de Sierra on the IC1
What would you say to people who have never stayed in a bed and breakfast?
For anybody who has never stayed in a b&b before, please feel free and relaxed, all our rooms are en-suite and have their own terraces. We have a large garden and pool area where you can be by yourself or mix with others. If you would like to have breakfast by yourselves, we serve breakfast from 8:30am till 10:00am.
